The following terms and conditions apply to renting the property/structure. We always try to keep our terms and pricing updated, but we do need to make the following statement: The terms, conditions, and rates, are subject to change without notice or the updating of this page. Reserving the house is easy and can be done in several ways: Once you've decided on the date range that you want, you can book online, call, or e-mail. You can fill out the online reservation form at any time, but we will always call you prior to charging your credit card. We schedule the reservations based on a "first come, first served" basis. There are different prices for different date ranges (as shown below). The owner requires a five-hundred dollar security deposit (which is returned after verifying that there is no property damage), and the total bill is due two weeks before the first day of the rental. The owner accepts credit cards, checks, and/or cash.

September 1st though April 31st: $2,000.00 Per Week.

Winter:The winter is great for snowmobiling, ice-fishing, skiing at nearby Boyne Highlands & Boyne Mountain, or just getting away to read and relax while watching everything outside freeze.

May 1st though May 25th: $1,000.00 Per Week.

Spring:Spring is when the fish run. The house is less costly than most hotels, and is only about 150' from the Carp River, a river that is famous in the northern Lower Peninsula for fishing. There have been times when dozens of Steel-head (Trout) were literally kicked out of the river (a few hundred feet from the house), but that doesn't happen very often.

May 26th though September 9th: $1,500.00 Per Week.

Summer: Sometimes it gets so hot that you can just sit on the shallow sand bar and relax for hours. The town is hopping, and there are a lot of great places to eat out. Mackinac Island is only a few miles away, and the women love all of the shopping in town. The people are friendly, and it's nice to sit by the bonfire at night.

September 10th though October 31st: $1,000.00 Per Week.

Fall: Dear hunting is fun. There are bear and coyotes in the woods. The colors are very pretty, and like in the spring, there is always fishing.
